WINBOND
Winbond flash and memory ICs in stock at YILUDA TECH. Six Winbond lines are held as 100% original, new and unused material — serial SPI flash, SDR SDRAM and an 8051-compatible microcontroller.
What we keep on the shelf
- Serial SPI flash — 25Q32JVSIQ and 25Q16JVS1Q in SOP-8, the parts that hold firmware on routers, set-top boxes and embedded boards.
- SDR SDRAM — W9812G6KH-6 and W9864G6KH-6 in TSOP-54 for designs built before DDR.
- 8051-compatible MCU — W78E058B40PL in PLCC for legacy control boards.
- Interface device — W9952QP in PLCC-32.
Why SPI flash is worth stocking
A router or instrument that will not boot is usually holding a corrupted or worn flash device. The 25Q family is read by almost every programmer, so the replacement is straightforward once the exact density and package are known — 16 Mbit versus 32 Mbit is the difference between a working image and a rejected one.
Ordering notes
- Density, voltage and package are all in the 25Q code; send the full string including the trailing suffix.
- For SDRAM, the speed grade (the -6 in W9812G6KH-6) affects timing margins, so do not drop it from the order.
- Worldwide shipping from Shenzhen by DHL, FedEx or UPS.

Do you supply pre-programmed flash?
No — devices ship blank. Programming is done by the customer or the contract manufacturer.

Cross-reference notes
The 25Q and 25X serial flash families look alike on a schematic but do not always share a command set; firmware written for one will not necessarily read the other. Where a board is being repaired rather than redesigned, staying inside the same family is the safe choice. The SDR SDRAM parts carry a speed grade after the dash, and a faster device generally works in a slower socket while the reverse does not.
