Shipping

Dispatch — most in-stock orders are prepared and dispatched from our Shenzhen warehouse (3,000 m²) within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Lead time — our streamlined export logistics operate via Hong Kong with a target lead time of approximately 15 days for international delivery; the exact carrier and time are confirmed in your quotation.
Coverage — we ship worldwide, with major delivery volumes to Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. We use DHL, FedEx, UPS, and other carriers depending on destination and order size.
Tracking — a tracking number is provided once the shipment leaves our warehouse.

Customs and duties

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing. Where a shipment is refused or undeliverable, return shipping and related fees apply.

Payment

YILUDA TECH operates on a quote-based B2B model; payment terms are agreed per order and confirmed in the quotation.
Common methods include bank transfer (T/T) and other methods confirmed between both parties.
Payment terms may vary by order size, destination, and trade history.
