The website is operated by Shenzhen Yiluda Technology Co., Ltd., a company established in 2011 and registered in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. We distribute new and original electronic components on a business-to-business basis.

2. Quotations and orders

All prices shown on the website are indicative references and do not constitute a binding offer. Final pricing, availability, minimum order quantities, and lead times are confirmed in writing via quotation.
Orders are placed through our Request a Quote process and are binding only after we issue a written order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example where product availability or export restrictions apply.

3. Product information and warranty

We supply 100% original components. Product images and descriptions are provided in good faith; always verify specifications against the manufacturer’s official datasheet before design-in.
Claims for incorrect, damaged, or defective goods must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence. Remedies are limited to replacement or refund of the affected items at our discretion.

4. Export compliance and taxes

Buyers are responsible for compliance with applicable import/export laws in their jurisdiction and for any duties, taxes, or customs charges. We may request end-use or compliance information for certain items.

5. Intellectual property

All brand names, product names, and logos referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners. References are made solely to identify compatible original components.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any transaction is limited to the amount paid for the products concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including production downtime.
