What we carry

Positive regulators — LM7805RTRL, LM7806RTRL, LM7808RTRL, LM7810RTRL and LM7812RTRL.
Negative regulators — LM7905RTRL in TO-252DPA.

Fixed outputs from 5 V through 12 V on the positive side, with the -5 V negative counterpart for split-supply rails.

Why these still sell

Three-terminal regulators are the part engineers reach for when a switch-mode design is not worth the effort — small loads, noisy environments, or a board that simply has to keep its existing footprint. The TO-252 package dissipates enough to run without a heatsink at modest currents, which is why it outlives most of the alternatives.

They are AP-branded devices with the same function and pinout. If your design is qualified against a specific manufacturer, confirm that in writing before ordering.

Packing depends on the part; state the quantity and we will confirm what is available.
