IKSEMICON
IKSEMICON linear ICs in stock at YILUDA TECH. Five IKSEMICON lines are held as 100% original, new and unused material — LDO regulators, operational amplifiers and a voltage comparator.
Devices on the shelf
- LDO regulators — IL1117C-5.0 and IL1117C-3.3 in SOT-223, the fixed-output regulators used across a huge range of boards.
- Operational amplifiers — IL2904DT and IL358DT in SOP-8, dual and single general-purpose op-amps.
- Comparators — IL393DT in SOP-8, a dual voltage comparator.
All five are standard pinouts in familiar packages, which is the point: they replace parts that other manufacturers have stopped making without changing the board.
Where they are used
These are the support components around a design rather than its centre — the regulator feeding a sensor, the op-amp buffering an ADC input, the comparator watching a threshold. They are also the parts that are easiest to overlook until a build stops for want of a 3.3 V regulator.
Ordering notes
- The 1117 family is fixed-voltage; IL1117C-3.3 and IL1117C-5.0 are separate parts, not one adjustable device.
- SOT-223 dissipation depends on the copper area under the tab — worth checking if the original part ran warm.
- Worldwide shipping from Shenzhen by DHL, FedEx or UPS.
Part numbers on hand
IL1117C-5.0, IL1117C-3.3, IL2904DT, IL358DT and IL393DT are in stock today.
Are these equivalent to LM1117 or LM358 parts?
Function and pinout follow the standard families, but confirm the electrical limits against the datasheet before a production substitution.

Cross-reference notes
The 1117 regulator family is fixed-voltage, so IL1117C-3.3 and IL1117C-5.0 cannot stand in for one another, and neither is adjustable. Dropout voltage and quiescent current also differ between manufacturers' versions of the same three-terminal layout, which matters in battery-powered designs. For the amplifier and comparator parts, confirm whether the circuit expects a single or dual device before matching a code from memory.
