What the shelf holds

Baseband and application processors — SC7715A, SC6600L6-243G and SC8830A in BGA, the core of low-cost handset and terminal designs.
RF front-end modules — SKY77592 in LGA-28, integrating the transmit chain into one block.
Display power and management — QS518 in QFN-40, generating the rails a panel needs.

Spreadtrum is now part of UNISOC, so newer documentation carries the UNISOC name while the silicon and the SC-prefixed codes are unchanged.

Why these parts are sourced at all

Handset platforms have short production lives but long service tails — repair shops, industrial terminals and metering products keep the boards alive for years after the platform is retired. The processor is the part nobody can substitute, so it is the one that has to be found.

BGA codes in this range differ by package ball-out and revision; quote the full code and the board or handset model it came from.
Datasheets are not always public for these platforms — send what documentation you have and we will confirm the match.

Cross-reference notes

UNISOC documentation covers the same silicon under a newer brand, so a datasheet search on the SC code may return a UNISOC document — that is expected, not a different device. What is not interchangeable is the revision: two boards that look identical can carry different ball-outs, and the revision letter in the marking is the only reliable discriminator. Send the board model with the order and we will match revision as well as part number.
