ESMT

ESMT memory and audio ICs, held in stock at YILUDA TECH. Eight ESMT lines are kept as 100% original, new and unused material — the SDR SDRAM and audio devices that keep legacy boards running after the original supply dries up.

The ESMT lines we hold

Our ESMT stock centres on M12L-series SDR SDRAM in TSOP packages, the workhorse memory for industrial controllers, set-top boxes and network gear designed before DDR took over. Alongside the memory we carry the AD82584D digital audio amplifier in TQFP-48, together with several mixed-signal parts in QFN, TSSOP and SOP — including FM6BD4G2GXA, EMH7080-00SG08NRR and AD52090-QG28NRT.

Why ESMT parts matter to a repair programme

When a design is ten years old, the memory is usually the first thing to disappear from distribution. ESMT SDR SDRAM is still the practical route for boards that cannot be redesigned, and the difference between a TSOP-54 and a TSOP-86 device is the difference between a working unit and scrap. We state the package on every listing so the choice can be made before the order goes in.
