IDT

IDT memory, clock and switching ICs in stock at YILUDA TECH. Six IDT lines are held as 100% original, new and unused material.

Devices available

  • SRAM — 71T75902 and 71T75802 in BGA, plus IDT7164S35P in DIP for older boards.
  • Bus switches — IDTQS3126QG in SSOP-16 for hot-swap and signal routing.
  • Clock distribution — IDT74FCT3807PYG in SSOP, a fanout buffer for synchronous designs.
  • Specialty logic — 5T9010BBGI in BGA.

Where these fit

IDT parts cluster in communications, networking and instrumentation hardware — places where a clock tree or a bus switch has to be characterised rather than improvised. The SRAM families in particular sit behind processors whose local memory was sized to a specific device.

Ordering notes

  • SRAM speed and organisation are both in the code; a 71T75902 and a 71T75802 are not interchangeable even though the prefix matches.
  • For clock buffers, confirm the output count and skew requirement before substituting across families.
  • Worldwide shipping from Shenzhen by DHL, FedEx or UPS.

Part numbers on hand

71T75902, 71T75802, 5T9010BBGI, IDTQS3126QG, IDT74FCT3807PYG and IDT7164S35P are in stock today.

Do you carry the DIP version of the SRAM?

IDT7164S35P is the DIP part currently listed; other DIP densities can be checked on request.

Cross-reference notes

The 71T and 71V SRAM families share a footprint but not a supply voltage, and fitting the wrong one is destructive rather than merely unreliable. Clock buffers are more forgiving, yet output count and skew still have to match the tree they drive. If a board is being repaired after a failure rather than built new, send the original code from the bill of materials — the marking on a damaged device is not always readable.
