Hittite
Hittite RF and microwave ICs in stock at YILUDA TECH. Six Hittite lines are held as 100% original, new and unused material, in MSOP and QFN packages.
Devices in stock
- HMC284MS8GTR — MSOP-8 RF switch, used to route a signal between paths without a mechanical relay.
- HMC542ALP4ETR — QFN digital attenuator for gain control in a receive or transmit chain.
- HMC610LP4ETR — QFN logarithmic power detector.
- HMC5551MS8GETR and HMC2872MS8GETR — MSOP-8 control and amplifier functions.
Why Hittite parts are hard to replace
The Hittite portfolio moved into Analog Devices, and several HMC parts are now shown as not recommended for new designs. Boards built around them still need spares, and the electrical performance — insertion loss, isolation, attenuation range — rarely has a drop-in equivalent in another family. That is the reason these lines stay on our shelf.
Before ordering
- HMC codes include the package and packing suffix; MS8G and LP4 are different footprints, so send the entire code.
- If a part is being designed into new hardware, confirm the lifecycle status with us before committing — we will not present an obsolete device as current.
- Worldwide shipping from Shenzhen by DHL, FedEx or UPS.
Buyer questions
Are these parts suitable for a new design?
Some HMC devices are end-of-life. For new designs check the status first; for existing boards they are a repair and top-up source.
Can you supply evaluation quantities?
Yes, small quantities can be quoted for bench evaluation.

Part numbers on hand
The shelf holds HMC284MS8GTR, HMC542ALP4ETR, HMC610LP4ETR, HMC5551MS8GETR and HMC2872MS8GETR. HMC devices are increasingly sourced from residual inventory, so availability changes faster than the catalogue does.
Can you confirm lifecycle status?
Yes — for any HMC code we will tell you whether the device is still recommended for new designs or has moved to end-of-life.
