NOR flash — MT25QU128ABA8E12-0SIT serial NOR and M29W800DT parallel NOR.
Marked devices — D8BPJ, D9SHD, D9TGQ, JW616 and JW619, which are Micron package markings rather than full part numbers.

Reading the DRAM code

MT40A512M16TB-062E:R decodes to family, density, organisation, package and speed. MT40A is DDR4; the 512M16 is 512 megawords by 16 bits, giving an 8 Gb device. The speed grade is the part after the dash: 062E corresponds to DDR4-3200 timing, while MT41K512M8DA-107IT:P is DDR3L — the K in MT41K marks the 1.35 volt version — at DDR3-1866. DDR3L and DDR4 are not interchangeable in any direction, and a 1.5 V DDR3 part will not run on a 1.35 V rail.

The marking-code problem

Micron ships many BGA devices with a short top mark such as D8BPJ or D9SHD instead of the full ordering code, because the full string does not fit on a package that small. Those marks must be cross-referenced to the actual part, and one marking family can cover several full codes that differ in speed or temperature grade. Ordering from the mark alone is how a board ends up with memory that is correct in density and wrong in speed. Where the original part is unknown, the board's own documentation or a working sample read with a programmer is a safer reference.
