Altera
Altera FPGA and CPLD devices in stock at YILUDA TECH. Eight Altera lines are held as 100% original, new and unused parts, focused on the Cyclone and MAX families and the configuration devices that go with them.
Device families in stock
- Cyclone — EP1C6Q240C8N in QFP-240 and EP1C3T144C8NL in TQFP-144.
- Cyclone IV — EP4CE15F23C8N in BGA, for designs that moved up from Cyclone III.
- MAX V CPLD — 5M570ZF256C5N in BGA for glue logic and power sequencing.
- Configuration memory — EPCQ16A in SOP, the serial configuration device these FPGAs expect on the board.
- Legacy BGA parts — EPP3C120F484C8ES and similar packages for boards already in the field.
Where Altera parts get used
Cyclone devices appear in machine vision, motion control, video processing and instrumentation. Once a board is qualified nobody wants to redesign it, so the FPGA and its configuration device both have to be available years after the family left the catalogue — that is the gap we fill.
Before you order
- FPGA codes carry speed grade, temperature range and package. The same base device in a different speed grade is a different part.
- Tell us the configuration device on your board if you are replacing an FPGA; the pair has to match.
- Worldwide shipping from Shenzhen by DHL, FedEx or UPS.
Common questions
Can you confirm the speed grade from the code?
Yes — send the full ordering code and we will confirm speed grade, temperature and package against the datasheet.
Are the BGAs reballed?
No. Parts are new and unused as supplied; no reballing or refurbishment.

Part numbers on hand
The shelf currently holds EP1C6Q240C8N, EP1C3T144C8NL, EP4CE15F23C8N, 5M570ZF256C5N, EPCQ16A and EPP3C120F484C8ES. Older Cyclone and MAX devices come and go, so ask even when a code is not shown.
Do you stock passive components for the same board?
Yes — decoupling and configuration resistors can be consolidated into the same parcel as the FPGA.
