YAGEO
YAGEO resistors and ceramic capacitors in stock at YILUDA TECH. Forty-seven YAGEO lines are held as 100% original, new and unused material, dominated by the RC chip resistor family and C0G multilayer capacitors.
What is stocked
- RC series chip resistors — RC0402 and RC0603 thick-film parts at 1% tolerance, from single-digit ohms to hundreds of kilohms.
- C series MLCC — C0603JRNPO9BN100 and similar C0G/NP0 parts for timing and filter positions where stability matters.
The RC code reads as case size, series, tolerance, value and packing, so a resistor can be identified from the part number alone without measuring it.
Where YAGEO parts sit in a design
Chip resistors and small ceramic capacitors are the largest single line count on most boards — dividers, pull-ups, termination and decoupling. They are also the line most often short at short notice, because nobody keeps depth on a part worth a fraction of a cent until a build stops for want of it.
Ordering notes
- RC0603FR-074K3L is a 4.3 kΩ 1% 0603 part; the value is encoded, so send the whole code rather than the value alone.
- For C0G capacitors, confirm voltage rating as well as capacitance — the same value exists at several ratings.
- Worldwide shipping from Shenzhen by DHL, FedEx or UPS.
Part numbers on hand
RC0603FR-074K3L, RC0402FR-0722KL, RC0603FR-07220RL, RC0603FR-0710RL, C0603JRNPO9BN100 and RC0402FR-071K8L are listed as available.
Do you supply full reels?
Reel and cut-tape availability depends on the part; state the quantity you need and we will confirm.
Can you match a tolerance tighter than 1%?
Send the requirement — 0.5% and 0.1% parts exist in some values and can be checked against stock.

Substitution pitfalls
A 0603 resistor and a 0402 resistor of the same value are not interchangeable under load — power rating and thermal area both shrink with the case size, and a part running near its limit will drift. For C0G capacitors, voltage rating is as important as capacitance: a 50 V part used on a 25 V rail has margin, the same part on a 40 V rail does not. Quote both values, not just the one that appears on the schematic.
