ONSEMI
onsemi discrete and analog ICs in stock at YILUDA TECH. Forty-six onsemi lines are held as 100% original, new and unused material, spanning rectifiers, protection devices, logic, regulators and image sensors.
Device groups in stock
- Schottky rectifiers — MBRS130LT3G and MBRS340T3G in SMB for secondary-side rectification.
- LDO and voltage regulation — NCP59744MN1ADJTBG, MC78LC50NTR and CS51411GDR8.
- Logic and bus devices — NC7SZ00M5X, NC7SV34P5X and MC74LCX245DWR2G bus transceivers.
- Protection — ESD527.0T1G in SOD-523 and 1SMB24AT3G TVS diodes.
- Sensors and imaging — AR0132AT6M00XPEA0-DRBR, a 1.2 MP CMOS image sensor in BGA.
- Power control — NCP1605G power factor controller and NCP300LSN25T1G voltage detector.
Where these are used
onsemi parts cluster around power conversion and interface protection: the Schottky on a flyback secondary, the TVS at a connector, the LDO feeding a sensor. The image sensor is the outlier and is usually the part that keeps a camera module in service.
Ordering notes
- The suffix after the base code indicates package and packing — T3G and TBG are not interchangeable in a pick-and-place line.
- For rectifiers, confirm reverse voltage and forward current rather than matching the package alone.
- Worldwide shipping from Shenzhen by DHL, FedEx or UPS.
Part numbers on hand
MBRS130LT3G, MBRS340T3G, NCP59744MN1ADJTBG, NC7SZ00M5X, ESD527.0T1G and AR0132AT6M00XPEA0-DRBR are listed as available.
Are the image sensors new?
Yes — new and unused. AR-series sensors are frequently pulled from production stock, so confirm the date code with us if it matters for your build.

Substitution pitfalls
For the MBRS rectifiers, reverse voltage and forward current both have to be met; matching only the SMB package is how a 30 V part ends up on a 60 V rail. For ESD protection, the clamp voltage and the capacitance added to the line are the two numbers that matter — a part with the right standoff but too much capacitance will distort a high-speed signal rather than protect it.
