RICHTEK
Richtek power management ICs in stock at YILUDA TECH. Five Richtek lines are held as 100% original, new and unused material in SOT-23, DFN, WDFN and QFN packages.
Converters and regulators available
- Step-down converters — RT8016GQW in DFN and RT9513GQW in WDFN-10 for point-of-load rails.
- Boost converters — RT9266BGE in SOT-23-6, a small step-up for bias and backlight supplies.
- LDO regulators — RT9198-33GBR in SOT-23-5, a 3.3 V low-dropout part.
- Display and system power — AUO-6R in QFN.
Why the package decides the part
Richtek builds the same converter function in several packages with different thermal performance. A DFN part with an exposed pad will dissipate materially more than the SOT-23 version of the same silicon, and the board layout assumes one or the other. Substituting across packages is a thermal decision, not a cosmetic one.
Ordering notes
- Output voltage is in the code — RT9198-33 is the 3.3 V variant of a family that also covers other rails.
- For switching converters, state input range, output current and switching frequency so the correct variant is quoted.
- Worldwide shipping from Shenzhen by DHL, FedEx or UPS.

Can you supply an adjustable version?
The shelf currently lists fixed and internally-set parts; send the code you need and we will check separately.

Cross-reference notes
Two Richtek converters with similar model numbers can differ in switch current limit and feedback voltage, and the surrounding inductor and divider are sized for one of them. The exposed pad on a DFN or WDFN package is also part of the thermal design — a board laid out for SOT-23 will not dissipate the same power with a DFN part fitted, even if the pinout adapts. Send the input and output conditions and we will confirm the variant.
