INTEL
Intel and Intel-programmable parts in stock at YILUDA TECH. Five lines are held as 100% original, new and unused material, covering embedded chipsets, legacy parallel flash, SRAM and a Stratix III FPGA.
What is listed
- CG82NM10 — the platform controller hub used with early Atom netbook and embedded platforms.
- JS28F256P33T — 256 Mbit parallel NOR flash in TSOP-56, the classic boot device for embedded x86 designs.
- QG41210SL8DS — SRAM in a BGA package.
- EP3SE110F1152I4N — Stratix III FPGA, 1152-pin FineLine BGA, industrial speed grade.
- P85C224-66 — a DIP-24 logic device from the earlier programmable-logic generation.
Why these are still ordered
Embedded x86 platforms live far longer than the retail PC cycle. A board designed around a PCH and a parallel NOR boot device stays in production for a decade, and when the module fails the replacement has to be the same silicon — a newer chipset will not accept the same firmware image, and a serial flash cannot be dropped into a parallel footprint. The same applies to the Stratix III: a configuration bitstream is written for a specific density, package and speed grade, so EP3SE110 cannot be replaced by a neighbouring member of the family without regenerating the design.
Handling notes
- Parallel NOR in TSOP-56 is programmed before or after board assembly; confirm whether the part you receive needs pre-programming.
- Large FineLine BGA devices require a controlled reflow profile and inspection by X-ray.
- Worldwide shipping from Shenzhen by DHL, FedEx or UPS.

Substitution pitfalls
None of these parts has a drop-in successor. A PCH defines the platform's PCIe lane map and memory support, a parallel NOR device is defined by its command set and timing, and an FPGA is defined by its bitstream. Check the exact ordering code against the original BOM before ordering.
