Silicon Mitus
Silicon Mitus display driver ICs in stock at YILUDA TECH. Nine Silicon Mitus lines are held as 100% original, new and unused material — the SM-series display driver and power ICs used across small and medium LCD panels.
What is listed
- SM4043, SM4047, SM4053C, SM4054C, SM4080 — the SM404x and SM405x families, widely used as source and gate drivers in small-format LCD modules.
- SM4003S, SM4025, SM5326, SM5703 — additional display and power management devices from the same portfolio.
Why display drivers are not generic parts
A display driver IC is written against a panel, not against a bus standard. The number of source and gate channels, the gamma curve, the VCOM setting, the power sequencing and the initialisation register map all come from the panel maker's specification. Two devices with similar model numbers may drive the same glass but expect a different init sequence, and a module that powers up with a black or striped screen is usually fighting the wrong register table rather than a dead IC. This is also why these parts are commonly counterfeited and re-marked: the market price difference between a genuine and a remarked device is large enough to make it worth someone's while.
Sourcing and handling
- Quote the full part number including any revision letter — Silicon Mitus revisions change register defaults.
- These are fine-pitch QFN and COG-bonded devices; moisture sensitivity level and baking before reflow matter.
- For panel replacement work, send the panel model alongside the driver code and we will check the match.
- Worldwide shipping from Shenzhen by DHL, FedEx or UPS.
Can you match a driver to a specific panel?
Send the panel part number, the driver code on the flex and the quantity, and we will confirm what Silicon Mitus stock we hold or can source.
