ROHM
ROHM discretes, resistors and ICs in stock at YILUDA TECH. Thirty-four ROHM lines are held as 100% original, new and unused material — chip resistors, transistors, Schottky diodes, LEDs and an audio processor.
What is available
- Chip resistors — MCR10EZPF5101, MCR10EZPF2000 and MCR10EZPF8201 in 0805.
- Transistors — 2SA1037FR and SST3904T116 in SMD, plus 2SCR572D3FRATL in TO-252 for higher dissipation.
- Diodes — 1SS400TE61 switching diode, RB521S-30 in SOD-523 and RB050LA-40TR Schottky in SOD-128.
- LEDs — SML-310 and SML-311 series in red and yellow.
- Audio IC — BD34704KS2 in SQFP-T80C, a multi-channel audio processor.
Where ROHM parts are used
ROHM's strength is the small-signal end of a design — the transistor that switches a relay, the Schottky that clamps a rail, the LED that shows a status. These parts rarely appear on a critical-path review, which is exactly why a missing one stops a build without warning.
Ordering notes
- Japanese part codes carry the package and packing suffix at the end; T116 and TE61 are packing variants, not electrical ones.
- For the TO-252 transistor, confirm the current and thermal requirement before substituting a smaller SMD part.
- Worldwide shipping from Shenzhen by DHL, FedEx or UPS.
Part numbers on hand
MCR10EZPF5101, 2SA1037FR, 2SCR572D3FRATL, RB521S-30, SML-310VTT86K and BD34704KS2 are listed as available.
Are the LEDs colour-graded?
The SML series codes indicate colour and brightness grade; send the code you need and we will confirm what is in stock.

Substitution pitfalls
The trailing letters on Japanese part codes carry packing and plating rather than electrical differences, so T116 and TE61 are the same device in different reels. What must not be swapped freely is the package: a TO-252 transistor substituted with an SMD part of similar ratings will run hotter because the copper area is smaller. For LEDs, brightness bin and colour grade are part of the orderable code.
